Horrible Experience! No Ethics! Avoid if you can!!!!
Booked a resort via Carmine and have been attempting to get a refund since May 15th. I have sent several emails asking for a refund and he ignores them and now wants to give me a 70% penalty. I never leave reviews but Carmine lacks any business ethics and has been wasting our time since the start. I will leave bad reviews for this man on every forum I can find! It’s not about the payment it’s about the principal! Learn some business ethics and stop doing people incorrectly!!!
