If I could do a minus one star I would. Vacation was cancelled because of the flight issues. Not agency fault. But when we needed to get basic documents for insurance claim ( such as itemized receipt or itinerary) agency was not willing to provide any documents. No explanation why. Travel agent was rude, unprofessional and could stop screaming at me. I would avoid this agency at all costs.
