Not what a travel agent should be. Don’t book if you dont want to be stranded in another country.
Wouldn’t recommend these guys as a travel agent
Had one of these travel agents Patti booked our transport services in Sydney for their clients. Being a business ourselves we do rely on the accurate information from the travel agents, since this is the least they could do. Not only she provided us the wrong flight details for them but blame us that poor clients had their flight delayed, lost their luggage and that we are not “compassionate” even after we put these clients in their 90s on the shared shuttle service free of charge.

What do you need from a travel agent these days? Just provide at least a CORRECT flight for gods sake!
