Asked to fix misspelled name 3 times. Said she fixed it but it was NOT FIXED on the airline tickets, only the itinerary. This is problematic for your Airport, Airline, and luggage. I would not recommend this business, particularly Tina to anyone. Also agrees to do something and then hands it off to someone else. Not a good person to deal with.
