Waste of Money
Horrible service. A friend suggested her services for a family vacation and I cannot stress enough how much I regret taking that recommendation. Joyce was impossible to get in touch with before our trip. We sent her our credit card info and didn’t hear from her (even for conformation) for over a week, even after repeated attempts to get in contact with her. We were certain she had run off with our money, but it seems she just works THAT SLOW. Beyond working that painfully slow she provided absolutely NO useful support or information for my trip. I felt completely alone in this entire process and all this service did was book seats on some flight (I wasn’t even seated with other members of the party that SHE had booked) and wasted my money on a widely-known ripoff ticket that she had deemed “a good deal”. It was a eurail pass and she assured me that it would work on all transportation, but of course it only works on the train, not the inner-city subway system as she had claimed. So she didn’t even know what the ticket was that she was recommending. The only additional resource she gave my party was a booklet of things to do in the city we visited and it was equivalent to telling people visiting Paris to see the Eiffel Tower. This was a complete waste of money. She is a horrible HORRIBLE travel agent and trust me you can do a better job yourself. Do not give her your commission, she needs to find a new profession or learn to better aid people paying her.
